Terms

Important video copyright and licensing agreement.  Please read all.

All rights (including copyright) in the musical, visual and other viewable/streamable or downloadable formats that the instructor has acquired or purchased from the Spanish Dance Society belong to the Spanish Dance Society (SDS).

By acquiring or purchasing the right to view the video/s the instructor acquires no rights to the materials other than the right to use them in the course of offering instruction on behalf of the Spanish Dance Society.

One license per user and license for use can only be issued directly by the Spanish Dance Society.

On termination of the instructor’s relationship with the Spanish Dance Society all such rights expire.

Single use access, only for the purchaser (SDS member) and cannot be borrowed, copied, re-sold or gifted. Note, the same applies for streamable videos which are only to be viewed by the licensee/purchaser.

Extra note re: streamable videos.  Streamable videos are only viewable from compatible devices.  We are not responsible for any technical or incompatibility issues. Any viewing issues, please use the downloadable video format. Note only one license per user whether you stream or use a downloadable video format.

Important notes about video usage and how to order.

Please note we have worked really hard to produce these videos for everyone. For teachers, please do not copy or share with your students. Students can only have access to the videos by purchasing direct from SDS by emailing Gary White at info@spanishdancesociety.org and quoting the name of teacher and SDS number if known and their own SDS details.  Once we can confirm membership a link to purchase will then be provided and is only for the use for the purchaser and MUST NOT be shared.

We are a not for profit society and every penny counts! We will take action if any of our material is copied or shared in any way other than as per the license agreement
